2. Services
Odessa Sauna Builders provides sauna design, installation, and construction services in Odessa, FL and the greater Tampa Bay area, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, or contract executed between the Company and the Client prior to the commencement of work.
3. Quotes & Estimates
Free quotes and estimates provided by Odessa Sauna Builders are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotes are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, scope of work, or material requirements change materially from those assessed during the initial consultation. Any changes to scope will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the individual project agreement or proposal. Typically, a deposit is required prior to scheduling and ordering materials, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. The Company reserves the right to halt work if agreed payment milestones are not met. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the project agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- •Provide accurate information about the installation site and any existing conditions that may affect the project
- •Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for consultations and construction
- •Obtain any homeowner association (HOA) approvals required for the project
- •Notify the Company of any known underground utilities, structural limitations, or hazardous conditions on the property
- •Review and approve the project design prior to construction commencement
6. Permits & Compliance
Odessa Sauna Builders will advise Clients on permit requirements for their specific project and jurisdiction. When permit coordination is included in the project scope, we will manage the application process. The Client is responsible for providing accurate property information required for permit submissions. The Company is not liable for delays caused by permitting authority processing times.
7. Workmanship Warranty
Odessa Sauna Builders warrants that all work performed will be free from defects in workmanship for a period as specified in the individual project agreement. This warranty covers labor and construction defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, Acts of God, or modifications made by parties other than Odessa Sauna Builders. Material warranties are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Odessa Sauna Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
